Hello, I choose to remain anonymous however, I personally worked for ACG for about 3 months. The first week was great. Training was fun and people seemed to be friendly. However, through my experience with ACG, I began to dislike the company completely. I found that the VP of the company Ken Cohen was none other than a person who feels he has to belittle people to get them to do what they should as employees. Every morning, there would be an hour long meeting that was nothing more than a slug fest telling the 50+ employees how bad of a job they are doing. I personally feel that with a little bit of positivity, the company would be a great place to work. However, they seem to have not been able to grasp the concept. As a matter of fact, the reason I decided to resign was because there was a problem I went to Ken Cohen (VP) and tried to explain my side of the issue Ken responded with "first off wipe the f***ing smirk off of your face". This is who they have as a VP wow it was at this point that I decided to resign. Not only that but for a month I was owed about $2,000 in commission. When it came time to pay up, the company told me that the sales did not post. I found this hard to believe but figured I would stick it out anyway. At this point I would not advise anyone to fill out their application for employment.
